Our chef Andreas Roslund is always to be found among pots and pans in the kitchen. Right now he is most likely about to reduce some sauce, chop fresh herbs or taste today’s lunch. Andreas has worked with food all of his life and his love for good raw materials is so real you can almost touch it. His kids have grown up eating homemade mashed potatoes with butter.

Karin Magnusson, our dietician, knows exactly how much omega-3 you need, the fibre content of oats and what to eat in order to get enough iron. The first thing she thinks about when waking up is food. She is a (self-declared) expert of making healthy pancakes, heavenly snacks filled with energy and to mix smoothies that even kids who refuse to eat love! She has four kids and is living a very hectic and eventful life, just like in the movies!
