Natural cereal based porridge – wholemeal 12 months

Our organic cereal based porridge: wholemeal 12 months is made from whole grain from Swedish oat and wheat. The grain kernel contains vitamins and minerals and the husk contains fibres. The amount of fibres have been adjusted to suit the age of your child. Our porridge contains fat from sunflower, coconut and rapeseed. Of course it does not contain any added sugar.

Recommendations for preparation: 1 portion = 4 tbsp powder (60 ml) + 100 ml clean boiled water

Put the powder in a bowl.

Pour the boiled water, cooled to about 40°C, into bowl.

Stir until the powder is dissolved. If necessary, add a little more water for a smooth consistency.

Check that the porridge is not too warm before serving it.

Is your baby still hungry? Create an awesome baby sandwich: Use some sort of easy to chew bread and add a lot of toppings – butter and cheese, liver pâté or hummus. Yummy!
